Held, not missing.
Your free day is built in full — a whole morning-to-night day, every stop real and checked. The opening stops are open. The rest sit behind a printed seam, built and timed, waiting. It says so on the page, with the time and the kind of place, so you know what you're looking at.
While it's held you can't keep that day, share it or route it. Going Pro dissolves the seam in place and the whole day opens.

Is Rewind really free?
Yes, and it stays free. There's no cap on the days Rewind finds in your camera roll, and no card involved. An account exists so those days survive losing your phone, not to charge you for them.
What does the free day actually include?
One crafted day — one, ever, not one a month. Veya builds it as a full morning-to-night day, and the opening stops are yours to walk. The rest of that day is held, along with keeping it, sharing it and routing it, until you go Pro. One stop swap is included.
Why is only part of it free?
Because each day is really built — real places, checked open, sequenced — and that costs something to make. The first half is ours to give. No card, no catch.
What does Pro cost?
$72 a year, which works out at about $1.38 a week, or $3.99 a week if you'd rather pay as you go. Those are US prices; Veya adjusts by country, so the App Store shows you yours before you buy.
Is there a free trial?
The App Store offers one to people who haven't had a Veya trial before. If you're eligible, the purchase screen will say so — Veya doesn't advertise a trial it can't actually give you.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store account settings, the same as any subscription. Billing is handled by Apple, so deleting your Veya account doesn't cancel it — cancel first if you don't want to keep being charged.
